Storage should be simple and elegant
BASSO, meaning “Low” was inspired by the qualities of plywood, the exposed grain, the rigid structure and planar surfaces inherent in the elements of this type of wood.
In conjunction with Mount Baker Products, a local plywood reseller, a theme of storage was the deciding factor in designing and creating a functioning product for the market. A singe four foot square piece was the only limitation for the overall construction with minimal hardware.
